    2:00 PM-3:00 PM

Paul Peck Alumni Center Gallery 3142 Market Street Philadelphia, PA

    • Everyone

Join the Founding Collection every Friday 2-3 PM through December 13th for Altered Book Fridays! Creative Arts Therapy graduate student, Guangyu Zhang, will help guide you through the process of creating your own Altered Book.

What is an Altered Book? It's a book given a new life through art! From old and stained books to brand new, their covers and pages can be altered in many ways. You can paint, cut, fold, sew, collage, tear, drill, glue or adorn them in any way you want! This can be in a single visit or you can alter the same book over multiple visits.

Altering supplies will be provided, you just need to provide the book!

Be sure to check back in January 2025 for the next Altered Books schedule.
