Andrea Davis

Ms. Andrea Davis is the Senior Project Manager for the FIRST center at the Drexel University School of Public Health. She manages the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) funded project "Fire Service Organizational Culture of Safety (FOCUS)." She joined the FIRST team in January 2013.
Ms. Davis is an experienced public health professional, with significant experience in using qualitative research methods. She has been involved in qualitative studies focused on nutritional labeling in sit-down restaurants and employee health decision-making in manufacturing companies. Prior to joining the Drexel team, she served as a Research Assistant on a NIOSH-funded study in the Center for Work, Health, and Well-being at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, Massachusetts.
Ms. Davis received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware and a Master of Liberal Arts from the Harvard University Extension School. She earned her Master of Public Health degree, concentrating in Environmental and Occupational Health, from Drexel University and holds the designation of Certified in Public Health (CPH) from the National Board of Public Health Examiners.
