"HOME: Affordable Housing + Cooperative Living Symposium"

This "Cooperative Living Design Workshop" focuses on the dynamics between the private and the public in co-op living environments —what is needed to maintain privacy amidst a larger, shared community of cohabitation. Uk Jung, architect and Drexel alum (B.Arch '08) + George Jenkins, Youth Build Philadelphia's Green Building Coordinator, will lead this hands-on workshop with YB students.

Through a community-led design process, we'll work together to explore principles that could be applied at a pilot house + throughout a neighborhood home sharing network.

This is the last in a series of three public talks + guided writing workshops.
