Walt Whitman Aloud: A Mini Marathon, Part One

2:00 PM-3:20 PM

Drexel University students, members of the Writers Room community, Drexel faculty and staff, and Whitman fans from the Philadelphia region will read selections from "Song of Myself," "I Sing the BodyElectric," "Crossing Brooklyn Ferry," and other Whitman poems. We also welcome musical interpretations and recordings based on Whitman poems. Each participant may read up to three minutes.
