Philly Motility 2019: A meeting to bring together the Greater Philadelphia research community to share their latest research findings related to cell migration.

Co-organized by Ryan Petrie, PhD, (Drexel University) and Bojana Gligorijevic, PhD (Temple University).

Deadline for registration and abstract submission: April 4, 2019

This one-day meeting will have 12 invited speakers with additional speakers chosen from the submitted abstracts. The remainder of the submitted abstracts will be used to form a poster session in the afternoon of the symposium. We will have a morning session with a coffee break, a poster session following lunch, an afternoon session, and our keynote speaker, Roberto Weigert, PhD, from the National Cancer Institute at the NIH. The morning session will highlight in vitro approaches to studying cell motility, while the afternoon sessions will highlight modeling and in vivo approaches. Our keynote speaker, Roberto Weigert, PhD, exemplifies the achievements that are possible when studying cell dynamics in living animals.
