A simulated zombie uprising staged for educational purposes at the College of Nursing and Health Professions, as part of a certificate program in clinical simulation, was featured on WPVI-TV (6-abc) and WHYY radio/Newsworks.org on August 15, 2011, and on the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s New Public Health blog on August 16. Carol Okupniak, MSN, RN an assistant clinical professor and director of the Center for Interdisciplinary Clinical Simulation and Practice, was interviewed.
