Fully immersive simulation allows learners to practice their newly acquired skills in the context of their future practice environment. This allows for deliberate practice, development of reflective practice and meaningful feedback – all aimed to support learners graduating being practice ready.

CICSP has a variety of high-fidelity mannequins that can mimic abnormal conditions, allow learners to practice assessment, invasive procedures and working in urgent and emergent situations.

Applying the concepts of crisis resource management, patient safety and interprofessional practice in a simulated environment allows our learners to develop critical skills for success in their health care careers.
