Drive-in and Payment Options

No ticket will be issued, bypass pay-on-foot station.

Enter the Parking Garage:

  1. Drive up to the entrance station and stop at kiosk
  2. Insert a credit card
  3. You will not receive a ticket
  4. Remove credit card when prompted
  5. Enter garage and park in any parking space not marked "reserved"

Exit the Parking Garage:

  1. Do not stop at the pay on foot station in the lobby of the Garage
  2. Retrieve vehicle and proceed to exit
  3. Insert the SAME credit card that was used to enter the Garage
  4. Remove the credit card when prompted and exit after the gate lifts

  3. Enter garage and park in any parking space not marked "reserved"

  4. Remove the credit card when prompted and exit after the gate lifts

  2. Text PAY to 321.341.2288 for one-time payment or to establish a secure profile
  3. Retrieve vehicle and proceed to exit
  4. Insert the ticket when prompted
  5. Exit after the gate lifts

Enter the Parking Garage:

  1. Drive up to the entrance station and stop at kiosk
  2. Obtain ticket
  3. Keep ticket with you in a safe space
  4. Enter garage and park in any parking space not marked "reserved"

Exit the Parking Garage:

  1. Stop at the Pay on Foot kiosk located in the Garage lobby; pedestrian entrance is off Market Street
  2. Insert ticket into kiosk
  3. Follow screen instructions to pay via cash or credit card
  4. Retrieve your paid parking ticket. THIS PAID PARKING TICKET IS REQUIRED FOR EXIT!
  5. Retrieve vehicle and proceed to exit
  6. Insert the ticket when prompted
  7. Exit after the gate lifts

Payment is required before exiting the garage. There are a few payment options:

  1. Insert a credit card at the entrance when driving in. Use the same credit card at the exit.
  2. At the entrance, take a \ticket. To pay:
    • Text PAY to 321.341.2288 for one-time payment or to establish a secure profile
    • Use your ticket and a credit card or cash at the first-floor kiosk located in lobby, entrance off of Market Street
    • Use your ticket and a credit card at the exit gate

The Passport app will no longer be available for payment at the Garage. If you have a pre-paid balance in Passport and would like to transfer it for usage in the new Flash system, please contact parking@drexel.edu. Passport remains a payment option in Lot C (hourly parking) and Lots S, R, A (evening and weekend parking).

We're trying to prepare for as many scenarios as possible and understand accidents may happen. In this event, simply pull a ticket (the gate will rise). Once you're parked and settled, contact Parking Services at 215.895.2813 or email parking@drexel.edu with your ticket number so we can resolve. Remember, a ticket (or DragonCard) is required to exit the Garage now, so be sure you contact us before driving out.

The Lot Full sign will illuminate when the Garage cannot accept any more additional public parking. Permit holders still have 24/7 access to the Garage.

A limited number of monthly parking permits are available for non-University community members. To check on availability, contact Parking Services.

No; placards are no longer required for Garage and Lot F permit holders. To avoid a disruption in access or citations, always ensure your vehicle information is up to date (even with temporary vehicles) via the ParkDrexel portal. A placard is required for all other lots.

The clearance for the Garage is 6'9". Those with vehicles taller than that should seek alternate parking.
