Housing and Residence Life Office Assistant

The Housing and Residence Life Occupancy Management team is seeking Drexel students with federal work-study funding for the Office Assistant position.

The Office Assistant supports the Occupancy Management team by assisting incoming and returning students, parents/guardians, and other guests with housing-related questions, including the housing application process and occupancy concerns. The role also includes maintaining student housing assignment data in the University's housing management system.

In addition, the Office Assistant provides front desk support for Towers Hall by performing administrative and receptionist duties, including assisting guests with building access when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a full-time Drexel student.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Team-oriented with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

DragonCard Office Assistants 

The DragonCard Services team is hiring students who have Federal Work Study funding. This position is for students who are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The DragonCard Office Assistants support daily operations by assisting with ID card services, processing transactions, resolving customer concerns, and completing general administrative tasks. In this role, assistants regularly interact with students, faculty, professional staff, and visitors both in person and over the phone. A high level of confidentiality and dependability is a requirement.

This position is located on the University City campus. Work schedules are assigned during standard business hours.

Parking Services Associate

Parking Services is seeking dependable, customer-focused students with strong communication and organizational skills. In this role, associates provide high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment while supporting daily parking operations. Responsibilities include preparing reports and documents for processing, supporting customer service and enforcement activities, and working efficiently in Microsoft Word and Excel. Detail-oriented candidates who can manage multiple tasks will excel in this role.
