Starting in Fall 2026, Drexel University is launching on-campus housing for graduate students at the newly renovated Van Rensselaer Hall.

Drexel University is expanding its graduate student housing for the 2026-27 academic year, and Van Rensselaer Hall at 3320 Powelton Avenue will soon welcome residents. This historic building has been thoughtfully updated for modern graduate life, offering fully furnished, apartment-style units - complete with a living room, kitchen, and private bathroom. If you're looking for a cozy home close to campus, Van Rensselaer Hall could be your ideal spot.

Basement social lounge featuring a TV and games - perfect for unwinding and connecting with neighbors.

Apartment Options at Van Rensselaer Hall

Compact Single Bedroom Unit: A private bedroom in a furnished double-bedroom unit for two occupants.
Expanded Single Bedroom Unit: A larger private bedroom in a furnished double-bedroom unit for two occupants.
Double Bedroom Unit: Two shared bedrooms in a furnished unit for up to four occupants.

If you submit your housing application by May 15, 2026, Drexel will waive the $200 housing deposit - don't miss out on this savings!
