    The 2015 Philly Chef Conference will be held Sunday and Monday, January 11-12 2015 at Drexel University. The conference is an annual event designed to showcases new and useful ideas and techniques through lectures, panel discussions and demonstrations.  

    The conference is organized “by chefs for chefs” to benefit culinary and hospitality students, young cooks, sous chefs and more developed chefs who aspire to own their own restaurant.
