Bachelor of Science in Culinary Science
The BS in Culinary Science is available as both a four-year program with one co-op experience and a five-year program with three co-op experiences.
The program offers a curriculum grounded in rigorous academics and practical experience that is designed to prepare graduates for a career in the rewarding field of food science and technology. Coursework provides a foundation in the physical sciences, culinary arts, food science and business.
Choices of business minors include general business, entrepreneurship, and marketing. Students can also choose a science concentration that is excellent preparation for graduate study in food science.
