Join this workshop to practice breathing exercises that calm the mind and ease into a state of gratitude.
This workshop is specifically created to help you gain clarity with your personal and academic goals and to take the right steps in your college career.
We are honored to have Michelle Lloyd-Miah, a meditation instructor trained in MBSR at The Penn Program for Mindfulness and The Myrna Brind Center for Mindfulness at Jefferson University, leading this session. She has led group meditation sessions for the Drexel BRIDGE program, Drexel meditation group, and Drexel Pennoni Honors College. Her work focuses on helping individuals and her motto is "Just Breathe" to gain clarity and make better decisions.
