Spring Career Fair

Drexel Spring Career Fair

Wednesday, April 17, 2019 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Daskalakis Athletic Center

The Spring Career Fair is open to all current and former Drexel students who are looking to network with prospective employers for future co-op, full-time, or alumni employment opportunities.


Employers may register below using Dragon Jobs. The registration fee is $600 or $350 for nonprofit organizations up until two weeks before the event. After the early bird deadline, registration for employers is $700 or $450 for nonprofit organizations. The event registration cost covers the attendance for two employer representatives. Employers will receive a confirmation email when the career fair registration is approved with an invoice, parking information, and directions.

Employer Registration

On the day of the event, employer check-in begins at 8 a.m. with a continental breakfast. The event is open to students from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. with a catered lunch provided for employers.

Payment Information

After you receive your event invoice, please pay for your registration.

To make a payment by credit card:

  • Log in to Dragon Jobs.
  • Select the "Events" tab on the left.
  • Select the center box, which says "Registered," for the Spring Career Fair.
  • Select the "Accounting tab" towards the top of the page.
  • Select "pay by credit card" on the bottom of this page. Note: All charges on your statement will be posted by Drexel University.

Shipping Materials and Display Logistics

If you wish to ship materials prior to the event, materials must be received no later than one week prior to the career fair. All materials must be clearly labeled with Drexel University, the Spring Career Fair, and year (please also ensure that your company name is clearly marked on the outside of the package). You may ship to:

Exhibitor tables are six feet in length. Due to the large number of employers attending, space limitations, and safety concerns, we will not allow any displays wider than four feet.

Parking and Directions

Free parking is available at the Vidas Athletic Complex with a complimentary shuttle service provided to and from the career fair.


Drexel has negotiated discounted rates with hotels located in Philadelphia. Learn more about accommodations and reservations.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be emailed to Helena Reid, the Career Services Coordinator, two weeks prior to the career fair to receive a full refund. If your organization is a "no-show" for the career fair or cancels less than two weeks prior, registration fees will not be refunded or credited toward future career fairs. Employers that do not provide adequate cancellation notice are expected to pay the full career fair amount to cover the advertising, space reservation, and catering for the day.

Organizations with outstanding fees will not be permitted to attend future career fairs until their account is paid in full.
