Virtual Spring Career Fair
The Virtual Spring Career Fair is open to all Drexel undergraduate students, graduate students, and alumni who are looking to network with prospective employers for future co-op and full-time employment opportunities.
- STEM Virtual Career Fair (Day 1): Tuesday, April 13, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- STEM Virtual Career Fair (Day 2): Wednesday, April 14, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Business, Health, Arts, and Humanities Virtual Career Fair: Thursday, April 15, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The career fair will be hosted on the Handshake virtual fair platform. This means you won't have to stand in any lines, but a little preparation will ensure that you can maximize your experience at this virtual event.
Please watch this five-minute video on Virtual Career Fairs at Handshake for an overview of how this works in Handshake. You will be able to register through Handshake, build your schedule for one-on-ones with companies you are particularly interested in, and sign up for group sessions to learn about more companies.
A list of participating organizations will be available in Handshake on your events page when you register for the virtual career fair. Updated employer details will be available as more employers register. You are welcome to register for all virtual career fairs of interest, as different employers will be attending each day.

Virtual Fair Format
Employers will be able to engage with students and alumni during this virtual career fair hosted on Handshake through:
- Video, audio, and chat communication with students.
- Thirty-minute group meetings with up to fifty students.
- Ten-minute one-on-one student meetings scheduled in advance or after a group session.
- Sharing company culture and messaging students ahead of time.
Up to 100 representatives per employer can participate in the fair. Each registered representative will be able to create a customized schedule. Employers are encouraged to create their schedules as soon as possible so that students may schedule times to connect at the career fair in advance. This Handshake help article on How to Set a Schedule for a Virtual Fair can help guide you through the process.

The STEM Days have different registration fees to reflect the larger student and alumni populations that we anticipate will attend. At the Business, Health, Arts, and Humanities Virtual Career Fair, we anticipate student attendance will be representative of the Drexel student populations within these areas and the employer participation is set to a smaller scale.
Cancellations must be emailed to Career Services Coordinator Jillian Clark at firstname.lastname@example.org two weeks before the career fair to receive a full refund.
For questions or changes to registration, please contact Jillian Clark at email@example.com. If necessary, a revised invoice will be generated once changes are confirmed.
