  • Non-Profit/Government: $300 per day

Registration fee includes two representatives. One additional representative can be added for $50.

Virtual Day

The Virtual Career Fair Day on Wednesday, April 24 will be hosted on the Handshake Virtual Career Fair platform. Employers will be able to engage with students and alumni through:

  • Video, audio, and chat communication with students.
  • 30-minute group meetings with up to fifty students.
  • 10-minute one-on-one student meetings scheduled in advance or after a group session.
  • Sharing company culture and messaging students ahead of time.

Up to 100 representatives per organization can attend and each representative will be able to create their own customized schedule. Employers must create their schedules before April 1, 2024 when student registration opens. See the cancellation and refund policy below for more information. This Handshake help article on How to Set a Schedule for a Fair can help guide you through the process.

Virtual Registration Fees

  • Corporate: $300 per day
  • Non-Profit/Government: $150 per day

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations will be accepted if notification is sent via email by April 1 to Career Services Coordinator Jillian Clark at jc4498@drexel.edu, and a full refund will be provided.

Please note: Employers that fail to create a schedule for Virtual Fair days by April 1, prior to the opening of student registration, are at a disadvantage as this results in less student sign-ups for the organization. Employers without a schedule created by April 1 at 5 p.m. ET will have their registration declined with the expectation of 50% payment and will not be permitted to participate in the event.

Campus Safety Policies
