Virtual Fair Format

Employers will be able to engage with students and alumni during this Virtual Career Fair hosted on Handshake through:

  • Video, audio, and chat communication with students.
  • Group meetings with up to fifty students.
  • One-on-one student meetings scheduled in advance or after a group session.
  • Sharing company culture and messaging students ahead of time.

Up to 100 representatives per organization can attend, and each representative will be able to create their own customized schedule. Employers must create their schedules before February 12, 2024, when student registration opens. See the cancellation and refund policy below for more information. This Handshake help article on How to Set a Schedule for a Virtual Fair can help guide you through the process.

Registration Fees

  • Corporate: $200
  • Non-Profit/Government: $100

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations will be accepted if notification is sent via email by February 12, 2024 to Assistant Director of Employer Engagement Jillian Clark at jc4498@drexel.edu, and a full refund will be provided.

Please note: Employers that fail to create a schedule by February 12, 2024, when student registration opens, are at a disadvantage as this results in less student sign-ups for the organization. Employers without a schedule created by February 12, 2024 at 5 p.m. ET will have their registration declined with the expectation of 50% payment and will not be permitted to participate in the event.
