Transformation Toolkit and Companion Resource
This message was shared with faculty and professional staff members on February 10, 2026.
Dear Colleagues,
To support shared awareness and consistent messaging of Academic Transformation to Drexel’s many stakeholders, we have developed an Academic Transformation Toolkit, which brings together new and previously shared materials for use across a range of roles and settings.
What’s Inside the Toolkit
- Overview of the goals and rationale for Academic Transformation
- Summaries of what’s changing, what’s not, and key milestones
- Communication guidance by stakeholder group
- Resources, FAQs, and links to additional materials
Additional Resource: Student & Family Key Messages
We're also sharing a companion resource — a concise set of talking points on the semester calendar and redesigned curriculum — to support conversations with prospective students and their families, particularly during Admitted Student Days. As admitted students weigh their options, these shared messages help ensure we’re providing families with clear, consistent information about the Academic Transformation underway.
Access the Toolkit and companion doc on the Academic Transformation SharePoint site under the "Resources and FAQs" tab. Materials are downloadable, but please note that SharePoint will always reflect the most up-to-date versions.
Feedback Welcome
As you review these resources, please let us know if there is additional information or clarification that would be helpful. You are also welcome to submit questions to the Academic Transformation Team in the Provost’s Office using the linked form.
Thank you for your partnership in supporting this important work.
