Accepting Applications for the Nina Henderson Provost Scholars Program
The Office of the Provost is pleased to invite applications for the Nina Henderson Provost Scholars program, made possible by support from Nina Henderson, alumna and Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees. Annually, this scholarship program provides motivated Drexel students with the opportunity to enhance their leadership skills and play a hands-on role in shaping the Drexel experience. This year, four positions are available to join the current cohort of Scholars. As part of the application process, students have been asked to provide a letter of recommendation.
Canvas Selected as Drexel’s New Learning Management System
I am pleased to announce that Drexel University will adopt Canvas as our new Learning Management System (LMS), following a University-wide pilot and evaluation process led by the University Advisory Committee on LMS Selection (UAC LMS). The UAC LMS was convened in partnership with Faculty Senate Chair Kevin Owens, PhD, as Drexel was nearing the end of its contract with Blackboard Learn, with the knowledge that Blackboard Learn will be transitioning to Blackboard Ultra.
Academic Integrity Policy Reminders
As a new academic year is upon us, we would like to remind you that Drexel University holds every student to the highest standards of honesty and integrity in academic work. As faculty, you are valued partners in upholding these standards. We take this opportunity to remind you of available resources to support academic excellence.
