Jordan Hyatt, PhD,an associate professor and director of the Center for Public Policy in the College of Arts and Sciences, was quoted in a March 4Penn Livestory about Pennsylvania looking to expand its "Little Scandinavia" model — which aims to create a more humane environment inside prisons — that Hyatt helped to develop.
