“Little Scandinavia” Gets a Boost

Jordan Hyatt, PhD, an associate professor and director of the Center for Public Policy in the College of Arts and Sciences, was mentioned in an April 14 Philadelphia Citizen story about Pennsylvania looking to expand its "Little Scandinavia" model — which aims to create a more humane environment inside prisons — that Hyatt helped to develop.
