Meet the Team Putting Nutrition at the Center of Hospital Care in Rwanda

Drexel was mentioned in a July 17 Forbes article about Solid'Africa, an organization creating a network of farms, kitchens, and culinary centers that provide hospital patients with medically-tailored meals in Rwanda. Solid'Africa is partnering with the College of Nursing and Health Professions to develop curriculum and virtually train members of the organization in culinary arts and nutrition.
