Amy Carroll-Scott, PhD, an associate professor in the Dornsife School of Public Health was quoted in a Dec. 11 Hetchinger Report story about the non-profit Harlem Children’s Zone expanding nationwide and the lessons learned from the Promise Neighborhoods, including one in West Philadelphia, that launched under the Obama administration.
