Cohen, JD, a professor in the Kline School of Law, was quoted in a Sept. 25 Legal Intelligencer article about the Pennsylvania Supreme Court hearing a case that will decide whether women who abuse drugs during their pregnancies can be punished, under state law, as child abusers. Cohen is a lead attorney on the case.
