James D. Herbert, PhD, executive vice provost, dean of the Graduate College and professor of psychology in the College of Arts and Sciences, authored an op-ed that was published in the Philadelphia Inquirer on Sept. 25. The op-ed focused on safe spaces and open expression at college campuses.
