Jewish Novelist Writes Inspirational Story of Sudanese Refugee’s Life

Harriet Levin Milan, associate teaching professor in the College of Arts and Sciences and director of the Certificate Program in Writing and Publishing, authored a novel, “How Fast Can You Run,” which tells the true story of Kuch, a Lost Boy of Sudan who was separated from his family in 1988 when his village in South Sudan was destroyed during the country’s long Civil War.
