The 2016 Philly Chef Conference in the Center for Hospitality and Sport Management was featured March 7 on WTXF-TV (FOX-29). Michael Traud, JD, assistant clinical professor and director of the hospitality management program, was interviewed. KYW-TV (CBS-3) also featured the conference.
