An article in The Philadelphia Inquirer on June 21 focusing on the real science behind the film “Jurassic World” quoted Kenneth Lacovara, PhD, a professor in the College of Arts and Sciences, Jason Poole, dinosaur hall coordinator at the Academy of Natural Sciences, and Ned Gilmore, collections manager at the Academy. Lacovara was also interviewed on “Science Friday” on public radio affiliates nationwide on June 19 in a segment about scientists’ reactions to the film.
