George Ciccariello-Maher, PhD, an assistant professor in the College of Arts and Sciences, was quoted in an Associated Press story on Jan. 24 about the racial overtones of comparisons between NFL players Peyton Manning and Richard Sherman. The story was picked up by The Washington Post, US News & World Report, The Wall Street Journal and numerous other outlets.
