Most Bulimics End Up Gaining Many Pounds

An article in the Philadelphia Inquirer featured the research of Dr. Michael Lowe, a professor in the College of Arts and Sciences, and Jena Shaw, a doctoral student in the College of Arts and Sciences, showing that a majority of women with bulimia tend to reach their highest weight after developing the eating disorder despite extreme behaviors to control their weight.
