Vue32, a 176,000-square-foot, 16-story residential tower and mixed-use development project located at 3201 Race St., is now ready for Drexel faculty, staff and graduate students looking for a convenient and modern place to make their home near the University’s campus.

The $56 million project on Drexel-owned land features 164 apartments, a Nobel Learning Communities preschool and a community plaza with spectacular views to Center City. A variety of amenities are available to residents for entertaining and hosting, including a rooftop deck with landscaping, fire pit and outdoor cooking facilities; a community room with a fully equipped kitchen; a billiards and game room; a conference room, think space and lobby gathering areas; a fitness center; and a secure parking garage under the building at grade level.

There will be junior one-bedrooms (bedroom is open-loft style), one-bedroom (bedroom has a barn-like sliding door) and two-bedroom residences. One three-bedroom loft will be available on the top floor. All residences feature nine-foot-tall ceilings and full-height windows for stunning views into Center City and West Philadelphia.

Pre-leasing is available for Drexel professionals and graduate students, as well as non-Drexel professionals, to move in July 1. To celebrate the opening, certain discounts will be offered, such as a 13-month lease with one month of free rent, the waiver of a $300 move-in fee for amenities, and a reduced security deposit of $99 with approved credit.

“Vue32’s location is such an advantage since it’s right on Drexel’s campus — that’s really essential for Drexel faculty, staff and graduate students,” said Denise Kelly, property manager of Vue32. “Aside from the location, having the Chesterbrook Academy on site is an incredible amenity for our residents with children. Additionally, the residences are located just 10 minutes from the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Fairmount Park and the Parkway Museum District.”

Drexel Dragons with kids will benefit from the on-site Chesterbrook Academy preschool that can accommodate children from 6 weeks to 6 years of age. The tower’s first two floors, composed of more than 13,800 square feet, will accommodate the school, with space for up to 180 children. Nobel Leaning Communities, the fifth-largest private childcare organization in the country, will lease the space.

Radnor Property Group LLC and Drexel University broke ground for the building, which was designed by Erdy McHenry Architecture, in May 2016.
