What: Mayor Michael Nutter and City Councilwoman Jannie Blackwell will help raise a flag on Drexel University’s campus honoring Martin Luther King Jr.The flag, created in 1997 by Joseph T. Finn, president of Automated Builders Consortium Foundation (ABC Foundation), represents King’s mission of peace, love and brotherhood.
