46th & Market Sts. Opportunity Zone Investment Prospectus The Lindy Institute for Urban Innovation is working in partnership with The Enterprise Center to prepare an Investment Prospectus for the Opportunity Zones immediately adjacent to the 46th St Market-Frankford Line stop. The prospectus development process serves a collaboration of stakeholders seeking to collectively share information with potential investors about their development projects and produce positive community impact. The Institute is framing its approach through a Community Wealth paradigm, developed by the Nowak Metro Finance Lab, to guide the process to potential impacts like resident entrepreneurship, workforce development, and wealth creation. This collaboration is funded through support from the Economic Development Administration and is an initial step in developing a vision for the public realm surrounding 46th and Market Sts., which will be informed by community input and guided by the city’s community planning.
