SBA facilitates a mentorship program that connects upper-level students with incoming traditional and summer start 3-year JD and AJD students to help guide them through their first year. Incoming law students often feel overwhelmed and could benefit from guidance and reassurance from upper-level students who have encountered similar problems and are on similar paths. Incoming students, given their preference, may be connected with upperclassmen based on program type, undergraduate education, affinity groups, and areas of legal interest. This program aims to promote diversity and inclusion by providing students with the means to help one another through the often-difficult law school experience.

Submission Deadline: September 10 at 5:00 PM for this year’s program. Matches will be emailed no later than September 21, 2025.
