Our Mission

Through a growth mindset, the Office for Faculty Excellence & Academic Culture empowers faculty at every career stage to achieve their fullest potential as scholars, educators, and leaders. We provide strategic guidance and support for policies and procedures related to the entire faculty lifecycle and partner with units across Drexel University to build an academic culture that attracts, retains, and advances top faculty, student, and administrative talent.
