Bio

Anne Politz works with Drexel’s international graduate student community as the coordinator for the International Teaching Assistant (ITA) Program. In addition to training the ITAs, she also teaches in the Intensive English Program.

Ms. Politz has worked at the English Language Center (ELC) since September 2007. Before working at Drexel, she taught English at Thomas Jefferson University Medical School, Hunter College and the New School in New York, and the Monterey Institute of International Studies in California. She also has experience as an IELTS examiner.

Ms. Politz studied at the University of Bologna in Italy. She also lived and worked in Rome. During that time, she traveled to Spain, France, Switzerland, Turkey, and Greece. She hopes to visit many more places in the future!
