A Message from CCI Dean & Isaac L. Auerbach Professor Yi Deng, PhD

On behalf of the College of Computing & Informatics (CCI) faculty and professional staff, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to the Class of 2024 on your tremendous achievement in completing your studies. Commencement marks the culmination of your academic journey but also the beginning of an exciting new chapter filled with endless opportunities.

Your education at Drexel, enriched by real-world experiences, has equipped you with technical prowess and the ability to adapt and innovate.

You've worked hard, showed determination and dedication, and have persevered through many challenges to get to this point. You should be proud — as we all are — of all that you have accomplished.

During your time at Drexel, remarkable technological transformations have transformed our world — especially with the growth of artificial intelligence. Society will look to your generation to help guide technology's ethical and moral dimensions. You are the vanguards of this new era, and your knowledge will help to shape our tech-integrated society.

I am honored to have shared this journey with you, and I have no doubt that you will go on to make a positive impact on the world.

We look forward to celebrating your accomplishments on June 13! Once again, congratulations on this incredible achievement, and best wishes for a fulfilling and rewarding future.

Sincerely,

Yi Deng, PhD
