The University-Wide Ceremony will be held in Citizens Bank Park. Located at the Sports Complex in South Philadelphia, Citizens Bank Park is an outdoor facility with uncovered seating. Please use precaution when determining guest attendance and refer to the accessibility information for this venue.
The weather will be warm and it is recommended to dress in light clothing. Concessions will be available for purchase (including non-alcoholic beverages only).
Ticketing
Graduates must RSVP in advance for their guaranteed seven total tickets for the University-Wide Commencement ceremony. Please note, all graduates and guests are each required to have a digital/mobile ticket to the University-Wide Commencement ceremony — graduates will use one of seven guaranteed tickets. Up to four additional tickets can be requested as part of the Commencement RSVP.

All gates will have metal detectors and guests are subject to bag checks.
Citizens Bank Park Bag Policy
- In an effort to expedite entry, guests are prohibited from bringing non-clear bags, including backpacks and draw-string bags, into the ballpark.
- Only clutch purses and/or fanny packs (no larger than 5" x 7"), clear bags (no larger than 12" x 6" x 12"), medical bags, and diaper bags will be permitted into Citizens Bank Park.
- All bags will be subject to inspection upon entry in accordance with Major League Baseball security regulations.
Accessibility
Citizens Bank Park offers plenty of accessible parking and seating that are available without reservation for the University-Wide Ceremony.
Parking for guests with disabilities is located on the perimeter of the parking areas.
Accessible seating sections are available on all levels behind standard seating sections. Citizens Bank Park Guest Services Team will be available at the entrance gates to direct guests to ADA seating. Guests who require ADA seating will only be allowed one companion in the ADA seating section. If a guest is in need of a wheelchair, the guest/family is responsible for providing their own equipment and assistance.

Directions and Parking
Traffic around the South Philadelphia Sports Complex is typically heavy when large events are taking place. This may impact transportation and ceremony arrival. We recommend allotting plenty of time to arrive to the ballpark before the 5 p.m. ceremony start time. The gates to Citizens Bank Park will open at 3:30 p.m.

Parking
Free parking will be available in lots R through X as indicated on the Citizens Bank Park map [PDF]. Parking lots and the gates to Citizens Bank Park will open at 3:30 p.m. Graduates and guests are encouraged to arrive between 3:30-4:45 p.m. to ensure enough time to enter the gates.
Tailgating is not permitted in any of the parking lots.
Guest Drop-Off
Guests with disabilities may be dropped off at the Third Base Gate entrance off Pattison Avenue.
Public Transportation
SEPTA is the Philadelphia area's public transportation provider. The Broad Street subway line takes passengers to NRG Station, which services the South Philadelphia Sports and Recreation Complex that is home to Citizens Bank Park. It is a several block walk from the station to the ballpark.
