The College of Nursing and Health Professions was mentioned in a June 7 WCAU-TV (NBC-10) "Wednesday's Child" segment about 15-year-old Sarah, a foster child, who is interested in becoming a nurse one day. Faculty, staff and students from the College gave Sarah a tour of the new Health Sciences Building to show her what a day in the life of a nursing student looks like. "Wednesday's Child" is a regular segment highlighting foster children for potential adoption.
