Erica Springer, MSN, is a board-certified women's health nurse practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Neumann University and Master of Science in Nursing from Drexel University. She has completed postgraduate training in colposcopy.
Springer started her nursing career as a critical care nurse intern and then specialized in trauma and neurosurgical nursing at Christiana Care before following her passion to work in women's health. As a certified inpatient obstetrics nurse at Paoli Hospital, Springer participated in the Sigma Theta Tau International Maternal Child Health Leadership Academy and created an interdisciplinary safety initiative for her unit. As an integral member of the interdisciplinary clinical team at a large, suburban Philadelphia ob/gyn group, Springer believes in empowering women to prioritize their health and self-care.
Outside of her professional life, Springer enjoys cooking, the outdoors and most recently indoor cycling. She also enjoys art, painting and attending live music events with her husband and two teenage sons.
