The Drexel NEURO Summer Academy is a one-week STEM program designed for high school students who want to explore the exciting intersection of Neuroscience, Neuroengineering, and Biomedical Engineering. Taking place at Drexel University in Philadelphia, this program offers an immersive experience into the rapidly advancing world of brain technologies and research.

High School Student Eligibility


This NEURO summer program is available to rising high school sophomores, juniors and seniors in the Philadelphia area and beyond. Admission to the program is competitive. Students must have taken one year of biology and have some interest in math, engineering, or health and life sciences. Preference is given to students with outstanding GPAs and teacher recommendations.
