Continuing Professional Education
The Center for Hospitality and Sport Management offers continuing professional education for individuals that wish to increase their knowledge and skills through innovative and unique courses and training programs. All of the offerings are designed to promote lifelong learning and personal and professional growth in their respective fields.
The Center for Hospitality and Sport Management is offering the following continuing professional education programs:
ServSafe Food Safety Course
Drexel University offers the 16-hour National Restaurant Association ServSafe program, which includes eight hours of classroom time and eight hours of home study. The course is recognized locally and nationally by the food safety training industry.
Fundamentals of Beer
The Fundamentals of Beer course will cover a multitude of topics including the history of beer, how it's made and what beer means in the modern world. The course is offered on Thursdays from 6pm to 9pm beginning on September 25.
