Renowned food writer and restaurant critic Craig LaBan has made a name for himself with nearly 20 years writing for the Philadelphia Inquirer. He has won awards from the James Beard Foundation and Association of Food Journalists and regularly teaches HRM 305 Food Blogging.
Grace Hoffman BS hospitality management ’18 sends a picture ‘home’ from Scotland where she studied abroad to gain a global perspective on hospitality. Our students can explore the world with opportunities to study abroad in over 80 countries and through shorter hospitality project-based learning excursions.
