James Feustel serves as a faculty member and program director for the Department of the Culinary Arts and Food Science. Feustel joined the faculty after spending many years as a commercial foodservice facility designer, having designed kitchens in restaurants, universities, and corporate cafeterias all over the country. With a background in mechanical engineering and food studies, Feustel pursues research interests in foodservice design trends, integrating new cooking technologies/equipment into culinary classrooms, civic engagement and culinary education.
