FREE Wellness Wednesday Massages

The Drexel Meditation Group (DMG) meets every Thursday from 12:30 p.m. – 1 p.m. in the James E. Marks Intercultural Center, 3225 Arch Street, Ground Level, Room 017. The entrance is on Arch Street next to Drexel Police Station. Room 017 is located down the hallway to the left. A Drexel ID card is required to access this building.
These weekly sessions offer a short meditation followed by discussion, a great opportunity to sit quietly with Drexel colleagues and friends and to learn how to better manage your stress and more deeply engage your work and your life. The DMG offers an opportunity for Drexel professional staff, faculty and students to reduce stress and grow in mindfulness and compassion together.
