Sparkshops!

Join the TLC for a series of interactive mini workshops (Sparkshops) intended to spark ideas and conversation, and provide faculty and instructors with practical ideas for small changes they can implement in their teaching.

Faculty who attend three unique Sparkshops within a category, participate in a teaching consultation, and complete the Change One Thing reflection will earn a prize and a Change One Thing letter of recognition.

Student Success Sparkshops

Explore the evidence-based Transparency in Learning and Teaching (TILT) framework, which has been shown to help reduce achievement gaps. This Sparkshop (a 15-minute workshop) will provide practical materials and guidance to help you design transparent assignments that clearly communicate the purpose, tasks, and criteria for success.
