Teaching Observations
Upon request, the Teaching and Learning Center will provide teaching observations for formative feedback. Teaching observations are confidential services that provide instructors the opportunity to receive feedback on their approaches to teaching and student interaction. Teaching observations are a valuable service to help instructors identify their strengths and areas for improvement.
Observation feedback is strictly confidential. We do not disclose any information from our observations unless it is requested by the instructor. We do not provide teaching observations for departmental review, reappointment, promotion, or tenure.
