Civic x EarthFest
Wednesday, April 22, 2026, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Drexel University celebrates Earth Day and the University's commitment to environmental sustainability with its annual Civic x EarthFest. This year's block party-style celebration will be held along Lancaster Walk outside of Rush Garden on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. (rain date: April 23). This annual event showcases University stakeholders, local businesses and organizations with "green" initiatives. Civic x EarthFest is free and open to the University community.
This event includes:
- Games, prizes and giveaways;
- Free food;
- Music from Project EarthTone, a group of Drexel student musicians
- Sustainable banking options;
- Sustainability-oriented student organizations;
- Representatives from local businesses and restaurants;
- Research, information and demonstrations from organizations and institutions focusing on sustainability; and
- So much more!
