Tracey Specter
Tracey Specter is a certified professional Life and Leadership coach. She specializes in coaching nonprofit leaders. Tracey is deeply committed to helping her clients access their unique strengths and gifts, and to actualize goals. Before coaching, Tracey spent more than 30 years assisting nonprofit organizations and individuals realize their goals through mentoring, strategic planning, fundraising, and Board leadership positions.
Tracey has sat on dozens of Boards of Directors of nonprofit organizations. She is the current Board Chair of the Share Food Program—the largest distributor of food to those most vulnerable in Pennsylvania, serving more than one million people a month. Tracey helped develop the first Green Light (healthy) food pantry in North Philadelphia at the Dreuding Center in 2013. She helped develop a statewide program in 2013 calledTra the Breakfast Challenge, to increase eligible participation of students eating breakfast in school. Tracey has received many honors and awards for her work. In 2108, Tracey received the ADVIS (Association of Delaware Valley Independent Schools) Visionary Service Award for her work as Chair of the Board of the Perelman Jewish Day School. This award is given to one educational Board Chair per year.
Tracey holds a BA and Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
