The Forman Arts Initiative will also provide grantees with access to host co-operative education students from Drexel University to enhance their organizational effectiveness. These placements, administered by Drexel's Lenfest Center for Cultural Partnerships, provide meaningful work experience in the arts and culture sector. 

The Decorative Arts Trust has announced that the Atwater Kent Collection at Drexel University; The Historic New Orleans Collection and the Backstreet Cultural Museum; the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston; and the Newport Restoration Foundation are the inaugural recipients of IDEAL Internship Grants.

The Lenfest Center received a grant to improve documentation of and access to historically valuable records related to African-American history, in the Atwater Kent Collection at Drexel University.
