Curriculum Redesign Handbooks Now on SharePoint

This message was shared with faculty and professional staff on December 5, 2025.

Dear Colleagues,

As previously shared, the Undergraduate and Graduate Curriculum Redesign Handbooks contain central guidance for Drexel’s curricular redesign implementation. I want to inform you that the Curricular Redesign Handbooks, which were previously shared by Curricular Leads across academic units, are now available on the Academic Transformation SharePoint. The handbooks have been updated to reflect approved exemptions and will continue to be revised as additional exemptions are finalized. A version history table at the top of each document notes changes with each update.

Additional Curricular Support

The Teaching and Learning Center (TLC) provides dedicated support for faculty and professional staff members related to curricular redesign and the transition to the semester calendar. Visit the TLC's website for resources and workshops specific to the Transformation, or to schedule an individual course redesign consultation. You can also request programming tailored to your academic unit, department or program, ideal for those redesigning multi-section or program-critical courses and aligning efforts across multiple faculty.

Additionally, I hope you will join the Teaching and Learning Center next week for a series of interactive Zoom sessions dedicated to Canvas, Drexel’s new Learning Management System. The TLC will host a watch party everyday next week, with the opportunity to ask questions and share pedagogical insights. More information regarding the Canvas implementation is coming soon.

Sincerely,
